Bonus & Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus:

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.

Wagering Requirements:

Each bonus comes with a 10x (ten times) wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳15,000 (1,500 × 10) before withdrawing.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• A bonus applies only to the account in which the first deposit was made.
• Claiming multiple bonuses under the same person, household, address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Claiming a bonus through a VPN or proxy will be considered fraud.
• f3999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited from the account.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

f3999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of these terms or any other policy.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Being a minor or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Accessing an account from a restricted region.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Upon account closure, any valid balance in the account (excluding bonuses) will be made available for withdrawal, unless the closure is due to a breach of terms, in which case funds may be forfeited.
